Stop #3 (Finishing up day 3 on the road)- COOL, CA

We stopped for the night at my dad's house in Cool, on our way to Tahoe!

Dad made a great dinner, and the girls cheered their grape juice!!

We stayed the night, and were on our way up to Tahoe the next morning!!

Stop #2 (Day 3 on the road)- Yosemite Valley

There were TOO many great photo ops, so I'm posting a ton!

And I played with a few camera features too, so excuse the artistic attempts!

 It was a gorgeous day to visit, with very low crowds!!

First stop in Yosemite--Mariposa Grove of Giants

 And onto the Valley floor.....What a view!!!

A little.......ROAD TRIP!!!! FIRST STOP= Lemoore, CA

Fair warning....our Spring Break road trip was 7 days long......here it goes!!

PART 1--Lemoore, CA!!!

In all its glory, we drove from Monterey to Lemoore! Just shy of 3 hours!!

We went to visit our good friends the Reeves, fellow Navy family who moved there from Norfolk in January! Their girls Addison & Casey are super great friends with Abby & Maddy! Just wish we had more time to stay and play!

 And Lemoore gets REALLY hot in the summer. So it was no surprise it was near 80 degrees in March......so we went swimming of course!!

 We had dinner at an old pizza parlor, which had a pinball machine. Mike got to show the girls his pinball skills!!

 And as usual my photographer friend Danielle takes the best pictures!!! And the girls just hammed it up!! GREAT MEMORIES! Can't wait for them to come visit Monterey!!

March CatchUps!! (PS: How is it April already???)

Pizza Pizza!!

Abby's school did a Little Caesars fundraiser last month, so we ordered a few pizza kits! These were pizza cones, where you layered the ingredients and ate them like an ice cream cone. The kids loved it! (Mike too!!)

Another Quarter.......DONE!!!

Mike finished another quarter at school week before last, so we went to our wine bar to celebrate!

Two weeks ago she pulled out her own tooth!! 4th one to be exact, but she did it on her own this time.

Neighborhood Block- End of Quarter BBQ

Have I mentioned how great our fellow military neighbors are?!!!

They are the BEST!

We have front yard BBQ's every month or so, pot luck style, letting the kids run wild!

I made a carrot cake, and Mike smoked ribs to contribute! 

It was a gorgeous Friday afternoon in our front yard!!!
