WORKOUT

I joined a new running/workout group here in Monterey

Its a great group of military wives who love or aspire to run!!

Its really helped to keep me motivated with my running, and get out and meet new people!

Gotta take advantage of being able to run outdoors here 24/7!

 My neighbor Julie and I have been running the neighborhood together EARLY mornings!!

 The other day the running group did hills......Abby was on her bike and Maddy hopped out of the stroller to run a bit and stretch her legs.

  This is what my front door looks like at 5:30am when I get up to run!
