In October the kids made their 1st trip back to the states after 18 months in Japan!!! (was my second trip of course.....dejavu.....just a different sister getting married!!!!)
So many highlights, but of course time with family was the BEST!!!
Meeting my nephew for the first time was amazing!!! And Abby will never let him go when we get to see him again!!
Abby's second surprise was her dreamed after baby doll......which she got as a gift from her Aunts and Grma/Grmpa! She was truly shocked and wasn't expecting it

Eeek....for the first time I was able to say "the moms are going out"!!! Finally I'm not the only one with kids!!!
These 5 are direct proof that time spent with family even at young ages is crucial and relationship-building. They only get to see each other once a year or less, and pick up right where they left off each time!

Since the wedding was in Palm Springs, we were only an hour or so away from Mike's brothers house nearby, so we made the trip for a QUICK overnight visit. So nice to catch up, even if just briefly. These cousins are so special to us!
